THE 10 MINUTE TIMER

Say goodbye to that 10-minute countdown! What?

You've probably heard of all sorts of neat tricks for tidying up and getting organised. One popular tip is the 10-minute timer, a sneaky little hack to keep you laser-focused on a task you'd rather avoid. The idea is simple - set the timer, do your 10 minutes, and watch how you might just keep going or slowly chip away at that daunting task. It's perfect for those quick touch-ups after you've already Marie Kondo-ed your space. But beware, if you're feeling super overwhelmed, that ticking clock could just add more stress to the mix. Sometimes, when we're feeling like you are stuck in all kinds of ways, the last thing we need is a time crunch!

Picture this: you're dealing with something tough, something that's got you in a knot. Do

you really need a timer breathing down your neck? Heck no! Swap that clock for some soothing tunes, take your time, and breathe easy.

ORGANISING & DECLUTTER: THE 10 MINUTE TIMER CLEANING HACK

Maybe you need a buddy to nudge you in the right direction or some new skills to tackle the beast head-on. From what I've seen, most of my lovely clients prefer a gentle hand and a reassuring voice over a ticking time bomb. They need to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel and someone in their corner, cheering them on. No rush, no stress, just support and understanding.

Remember, it's okay to take things at your own pace, to seek help when needed, and to

approach challenges with a gentle and patient mindset. You've got this, and there's always away forward with the right support and mindset.
